This Refund Policy describes when you are eligible for a refund of fees paid to OwnWebServers Infrastructure Ltd. ("OwnWebServers", "we", "us").
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Shared, business, and reseller hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee on the hosting fee for new customers.
To request a refund, contact support within 30 days of your initial purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, software licenses, and setup or administrative fees are non-refundable.
VPS and dedicated servers are billed for resources reserved and are generally non-refundable beyond any stated trial period.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments are non-refundable. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.
