Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using services provided by OwnWebServers Infrastructure Ltd. ("OwnWebServers", "we", "us"). It exists to protect our customers, network, and reputation.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not host or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that facilitates fraud or phishing.
Distribution of malware, spyware, or any code intended to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems is strictly prohibited.
2. Network Abuse
No port scanning, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized penetration testing, or attempts to breach the security of any network or account.
No operating open relays, open proxies, or services that facilitate abuse.
3. Email & Spam
Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) from our network or referencing services hosted with us is prohibited.
You must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws and maintain valid opt-in for all mailing lists.
4. Resource Usage
Shared environments must not be used in a way that degrades performance for other customers. Sustained excessive resource usage may require an upgrade to a VPS or dedicated server.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate services that violate this AUP. Where possible we provide notice and an opportunity to remediate, but we may act immediately for severe violations.
